INFORMATION FOR DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

This page summarizes some of the most requested information regarding delivery for online orders.

Shipping and delivery

Each order is shipped only by express courier. When an order is processed and then entrusted to the courier, we will provide you with a code that will allow you to track your shipment online. It is not possible to specify delivery times, but only to give indications for longer time bands (morning or afternoon). We generally entrust our shipments to UPS courier. We do not use the postal service.

Time to process an order

We try to process every order as soon as possible, generally within the business day following the order date. We will contact you in case of any delay and eventually cancel the order if the waiting time is not compatible with your needs.

Delivery time

The express courier takes 48 hours for deliveries in the national territory, Calabria and the islands are excluded and reguire 24 hours more. Deliveries are made only from Monday to Friday.

Transport costs

The shipping is free in Italy; in the EU shipping costs are free for orders over € 150 and vary depending on the country for orders with a lower amount; in the rest of the world the shipping cost is free for orders over 300 Euros and for orders below 300 Euros is automatically calculated by the site and is always visible in the shopping cart summary.

Damaged parcels

If a package is delivered damaged, dented or without our adhesive tape, please accept it by signing with “conditional acceptance”, specifying the reason. We are very attentive to the packaging of products and years of experience have reduced the delivery of damaged items to a minimum.
